Grant, as a special case, of a temporary injury pension of £50 a year to Lieutenant W.G. Hibbert, R.E. Assistant Engineer, on account of an injury sustained by him an accident while in the performance of his duties on the Bezwada-Madras Railway, in consideration of the fact that the severity of the injury was, in great measures, due to the absence of proper surgical treatment when the accident took place. Military Officers in civil employ, who receive wounds or injuries in the discharge of civil duties, have n o claim to injury-gratuity or pension under Military Rules
