Regarding the Serjeant H.W. Smith, Corporal J. Dunn and Lance Corporal J. Hamilton of the 1st European Regiment (Fusiliers) are transferred temporarily to the Town Major's Non-Effective List and appointed Acting Commissariat Serjeants.
