Decision that 1. an additional fee of Rs. 16 may be levied in the case of a head-stone or cross stanidng higher than 3 feet from ground level and money realized by the sale of fruit and flowers grown in cemeteries and church compounds may be left at the disposal of church or cemetery authorities.
