Sanctionn of the Government of India to the Proposal that the sanction conveyed in this Department letter no 748 dated April 1914 to the grant of a personel allowance of Rs 20-10-60 a month to miss Recekah Mcleod Lecturer in Kindergarten at the teacher college Saidapet should be given effect to from the 11th November 1913.
