Regarding appointments of various officers viz. Lieutenant Colonel H.G.A. Taylor of the 18th Regiment of Native Infantry to be Town Major of Fort St. George, Lieutenant W. Milnes of the 7th Regiment of Light cavalry to be Aid-De-Camp to the Governor.
