Decision that the military medical suboridntes who attend malaria class at Amritsar should receive their usual pay and Allowance and grant of free passage to members of the Indian Medical subordinate dept. attending a course of training in clinical bacteriology and technique at the Central Research Institute Kasauli and the Malaria class at Amritsar.
