Transmit copy of court of director of no. 64 iof 1855 dated 12th Dec. togetehr with 10/6 copies of teh memo. concering colenial light house and light vessel therein referred to with a regt. that the servl. light keeper be furnished with copies of the memo for observance of the instuction to therein.
