With reference to bill which was reading the regilative council a first time on the 5th july 1856. In contn. of Letter no 3035 dt 6th june reports that the ship element which left with 650 touns of coal for Bushire was objected to put back in consequence of the leak at sea onher way up the river fire broke out in her hold.
