Submits for approval and publication in g. o. statment of the consolicilated offreckonings of the 3rd presdt. for the year 1850 shewing the interess accruing on the unpaid balances of offreckonings of that year suggest that the acctt. mily. dept may be instructed to adopte measures for the payment of the Balances due to the sharers in the offreckoning fund of this presidency.
