Rejection of the memorials of the Rai Bahadur upendra Nath Ghosh, late a Deputy collector in the Bihar and Orissa, praying for the grant to him of the local allowance of rs 50/- a month form 1-6-06 to 31-3-12 during which period he held charge of the revenue division Midnapore canals, in additions to his duties as Deputy collector in the charge of the revenue division Orissa.
