Brings to reply to a ltr. reply that dept. no. 165 of the 2nd May 1856 tranfer to the mily. deptt. a despatch no. 4 of the 1857 form the Ct. of Drs. intiamting that Tabulor and standing birth for women and children will in future be requried to be incluced amongt the fitment.
