States that in the extt from the resolution of govt dt 28th novr 1853 transmitted with mily dpett memo of the 21st June last no dooley bearers appear to be allowed for the cavy regts of the Hyderabad contgt while they are alloed for the arty and infantry and with reference to every regt wethere cavalry infantry of the lines of Irr. Horse being alloed one dooley in cantonment.
