Stating with reference to the report on the genl stocke and metal and taken in the Delhi magazines for the year 1853/54 the valuation statment shewing the result noted within that while govt sanctions the correction of the book agreeabley to those reports his commandin in chief cannot but express his dissatisfaction that such gross discrepances should exist.
