With reference to extt from this deptt no 837 dated 26th ultimo forward the resolution of govt in the financial deptt authorizing the offg acctt to govt of bengal to adjuste the difference consing from the sale by the govt agent at a disount in addition to the usual fees of the promissiory note belonging to lord clives fund.
