With reference to Mily. Dept. leter no. 858 of the Juen last observes taht it Never was intended to form a home circle at teh Central stud for teh Purpse stated by the Mily Bd. but simply to Pruchase 50 Austarilan mares for the Purchse of beign added to the Brood mares of the central Stud.
