With reference to Mily. dept. leter no. 756 of 22nd Feby 1853 submit a plan completion survey report and a bill amtg. to Cost Rs. 173-13-3. by the offg. magiztrate of Jounpore for expense incurred in constructing a Barracks for the Accommodation of 2nd Co. of native infy. at that station adn recommd that it may be passed.
