With reference to mily. dept. ltr. no. 525 of the 15th inst. states tht With respect to the retrechment standing against irsuff beg gomastah the same was referred to Govt. in his lt.r no. 17 of the 23rd int. para 8 voucher 314.317 and 2 and tha these vouchers were submitted for instpection and order.
