With reference ti Mily. department extract 425 of 14th june last transmits for consideration and order copy of a despatch from teh offg. chief secy. at Bombay requesting information as to wheather that Govt. is report in assuming that private servant of officers to the extent specified in G O no. 429 of 4th july . 1853.
