In reply to mily. dept. extt. no. 380 of the 13th inst. transmits, original docuetns recoreded in teh foreign dept. bearing on the subject of the tribunal before which certain indiviail concered in the mutineusasualt on brigadir mackenzie can be legally arrigned with an intiamtion that no copy of the nozms army rules of 1842.
