With refrence to Mily Department Docket no 330 and 331 of the 26th Instant states that staff serjeant walsh of artillery and private Burgess 1st Euro Fusiliers are each entitled to pension of 1 shiling a day and observes that the additional shilling a day which serjeant receive when the last 8 year of their service have been spent in that rank is not admissible to staff serjeant walsh.
