In reply to Military Department Extract No 230, of 7th ultimo intimates that Government observe that as a General Rule the commissariat Department has greater facilities of obtaining carriage than the P.W Department and resolve that the former Department shall continue to supply carriages forthe transport of magazine stores for the Barrack Department.
