In reply to mily. dept. docket no. 26 dated 17th inst. states that the proposed increas to teh annujites of pensioend ridign master Jones and hosptial Srj. Secy. and Assignment of the ammunity of 10 Pounds to pension Serjt. M.N.I. of the bombay establishemnt are inadmissibel for reason assinged.
