In transmitting the accompanying copy of a letter no. 2062 of the 27th july. 1854 from teh secy. to Gopvt. Mily. deppartmetn fort St. George directed to request that will furnish the plans dimension fo mountain haritages carriages of therein called for & which appear toe be the same as were transmitted to with his letter no. 924 of the 24th march 1854.
