Acknwoledged the receipt of his letter no. 841 of the 26th Ultimo submitting by order of the Commander in chief a draft of rules to regulate the transfer of mess Honsses of european corps on regiemtn exchanging quqrters and to render such rules presently appicable to the case of Meean Meer.
