With refrence to their Leter purhcases of Sallpetro on accutn of H m's govt. states taht the Secy at War has approved of the course suggsted by them of Submitting Only to the inopecting officer samples of theri Pruchases and reqeusts that the Gun Powder agent ma y be instructed to Supply them with sealed samples fo the Salthpte which was reproted on by him on th e17th adn 26th June last.
