With reference to mily dept. lr. no. 298 of 12th july 1853 submits completion survey Report with a bill amtg. to Cost Rs. 2579-5-1 by the Exl. Engr. sealkote for filling up holes made for building purposes and sea in the lines of H.M's 24th Regt.
