Reports the loss in September 1855 of 10 colts of the central stud Division by the sinking of a Boat near nurlye which were on their way to the Presidency to be sold and transmits, to copies of letter as per marjigns from the returning surgeon in charge stud Depot at Bucar and the office incharge Dy Supt office central Division explaing the cause of the accident.
