With reference to Military Deptt. No. 342 of 10th August 1855, encloses Copy of a letter from Colonel Wahub Commanding at Moulmain on the subjuect of the Boat hitherto maintained at that station for the use of the officer Commanding and states his opinion that the Boat Should be kept up for the various duties therein explained.
