General commandings the meerut Division on the inspection of the fort arty and 73rd native infantry at agra and solicits that order may be issued to the D.P.W. to effect the improvements and alterations urgently required in the European arty lines there in sanction be accorded to the various measures suggesgted by the major General as set forth.
