Forwards the upper half of a Promissary note for Rupees 5000 which had been in deposit in the General treasury on account of his security to Govt for the appointment he held in the Department of Public works and which has been returned to him by the sub treasure as no longer required requests tthat the promissory note may be endorsed over to him.
