With reference to mily. dept. ltr. no. 618 of the 16th Dec. 1853, reprots on the claim of certain pensioner of form H.M. and the H.C. service to batta mone on the occasion of teh capture of asserrghur in 1829 and transmits copy of correspondence with the mily. audt. genl. on the subject.
