Submits for consideration a letter from teh deputy commissary upper circle forwarding a reference from teh Ex. commissary officers at Lahore on the subject of a retrenchment made by the Mily. Board from the disbursment of that dr. for Feb. 1849 on account of cannel year supplied during acount 1846.
