With reference to Military department Letter no. 848 of the 23rd Septr.last submit an estimate amtg. to rs. 1084-0-3. per constructig a raised metalled road from the foot arty. Barracks at Jullunder to the Conjee House offer observations and recommned that the estimate be sanctd.
