With referencde to para 12 of Govr. Genl. order no. 876 of the 28th oct. 1853 the most noble the Govr. Genl. in council is pleased to direct that when a portion only of the meat Rations tendered by a contructtor is rejected a pars of the pecuniary mulct proportioned to the extent of the rejected.
