Submits copies of letter from the chief EWngineer in epgu dated Hune & august last having reference to the subordinate aid regard in the D P W at Pegu with copy of their leter of 5th sept. 1853 infroming that officers in reply to his sevral appears fro overseer or assiatnt overseer that they are unable to render him further assistance on the Grounds set forth .
