Subject a memo; of two items of advances (aggregating Rs. 16,,5,,6) to two Men of the Madras Army standing in the accounts of the Pay Office Hyderabad contingent; and as the dateds, and circumstances under which the advances were made cannot he traced, solicits sanction to the amount being written off.
