Submits, section xi to xiv of the Revised pay code which will be completed before the end of the year the report on section i to x and ont he remarks they have elicited from commanding officer and heads of Deaprtment is in hand and will be submitted next week in such thupe as to exhibit in one veiw the various alteration whe hve been suggested by the compleation.
