In reply to military Deptt. Extt. no. 896, of 30th Ultimo, intimates that the Zenobia willnot be ready for Sea before the 8th Instt., when that steamer will be placed provisionally at the disposal of the Govt. of Madras & th officer Commanding will be prepared to received on Brigade the Ordnance stores which the Inspector General of Ordnance wishes to send to that Prisidnency.
