Havign laid before gov.t ltr. no. 58 of the 3rd July 1854, with a copy of the inspection reprot of the presidency dicnl. by th depuyty commisary genl. shewing the staet and workign of the presiodency office under the system of accoutn porposed by the comissari whihc has been in operatioj in it isnce the 1st June 1853.
