With reference to mily. dept. lt.r no. 238 of the 9th May last, transmti the only copy of the revised ruels and regn. of 1839 for the guidance of the late Nizams conting. and states taht a copy of the regn in questin was furnihsed to the mily. aud. gnel. in Ded. 1853.
