General Order by the Most Noble the Governor General of India in COuncil, fort william the 7th April 1854, the services of Assistant surgeon R.C. Kinght, M.D. at present attached to the 51st Regiment Native Infantry, are placed at the diswposal of the Govt. of the North Western Provinces.
