General Order of the Governor General of India in Council, Lieutt. Walter Norris, of the Madras Veteran Estalishment, late in charge of the Commissariat Deptt. at Moulmein is permitted to proceed hence to the Cape of Good Hope on Medical certificate and to be absent on that account for Eighteen Months, under the old regulations.
