Suit Brought against Govt. in person of the Collector of Custom Delhi by Sugham Chand Contractor of Hakim cess in Salt Sarr. of Suptanpur.With the sanction of the Financial Commission the case was defended in both the Dy. Commissioner and Commercial Court with as in the Chief Court Panjab but without Success. The Govt. pleader engaged by the Deptt. of the defence of the case was paid under the Sanction of Financial Commission.
