LTr. of the 23rd ultimo, transmtis one form Captain Sharp of Enginees authrisign the payment to him of the interest on both his govt. securities of 500 Rs. each, deposited with Govt. and confirmign the trnasfer into the 4 per cent loan of his 5 percent note of 1841/1842 and requsts that effect be given to Capain Sharps instructions.
