Stating in reply that insturctins have been solicited from the Honble Court on VIII points connected with the new Furlough regulations & that pensing receipt of a reply, no Authoritative opinion can be given whether the provisions of para: 9 of those regulations are applicable to the case of Brigadier General James or not.
