With reference to Mily. Deptt. Leter no. 565 fo the 20th Feby last Solcitis if no orders have been received from the Honoble Court on his memorial relaitvn to his dismissal from the Service that another reference be made to the court reminding the Court thereof and soliciting final orders thereon.
