Forwards a receipt from the Presidency Pay Master for Company's Rupees 70-8-,,, being the cost of a star of the 1st class of the order of British India, supplied to subadoor Ram sing, of the 43 Light Infantry under authority of Military Deptt. Letter no. 591, Dated 16th Feby. 1856, ot replace a similar decoration lost by tht Native officer.
