Sanctioning the arrangment proposed by teh Dy Commissary General Lt. for takeing over for the comt Department the supply of beer procured byt eh officer commanding the depot at Darjeeling for the use of the convalescents at that Depot and which has fallen on his hands owing to the disolutions of the beer fund .
