With reference to a former letter from this Deptt., transmitting Extt. paras: 17 to 25 of Courts letter to Bengal no. 7 Dated 18th January 1854 Conveying their sentiments on the recent matinous insubordination in the 3rd Sikh Local Infantry, & expressing a hope tah the conduct of the Regiment has since been satisfactory.
