The temporary Barracks and buildings in the lower lines at Subathoo from decay of the Fir posts on which they are supported being liable to be bloum down and are Barrack and some out houses having actually fallen, the Board solicit santion to their having approved of the order issued by the Superintending Engineer to convence a Committee to report on the expediency of dismanthing the buildings and to act on their recommendation.
